Process
Following the comprehensive interviews with all stakeholders to thoroughly understand their objectives, I conducted on an in-depth user research through qualitative interviews and card-sorting exercises. Subsequently, I refined the project’s objectives and identified key pain points through this empirical data. The next stage involved ideation, where creative solutions were formulated, leading to the development of an initial prototype. This prototype underwent continuous testing and iterative refinements to ensure alignment with user needs and stakeholder goals.
Result
The new webpage for Talentir features a tremendously improved Information Architecture: The key features were re-defined and re-grouped through card-sorting exercises, and are now synchronised throughout the website. In addition, the UX-Language of the whole page has been developed to be more concise and clear. Starting from the claim on the hero page all the way down to the descriptions of the features, text was altered, shortened and made easy-to-understand. In some places, text has been altogether replaced through telling images and graphics.
